About initial failure
If a defect occurs within 7 days after delivery, please send a request along with a video where you can see the defect immediately. After our staff confirms and approves the video, we will promptly replace it with a new one.
*Please note that the delivery service will take 3 days and will be repaired.
About returns
Please contact us within 3 days after you receive the item.
*Limited to unopened items.
Also, the refund will be the amount minus a 15% handling fee.
About repair
Please contact us within the warranty period.
In addition, after the request is approved, it must be shipped within 7 days (a tracking number cannot be provided).
[Excluded products]
The warranty does not cover damage caused by mechanical damage or product misuse, especially damage caused by hitting or throwing the controller, or damage caused by excessive pressure.
The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from the use of the goods for commercial purposes related to business operations.
If the customer disassembles the controller, the warranty will be void.
